Service Excellence Online Course for Tourism Partners

We are pleased to offer business owners and staff an opportunity to increase customer service skills through our “Service Excellence Dynamics”  Customer Service training for front-line tourism and hospitality professionals.  Participants can access this short (30-60 minutes) online-course anytime, anywhere. Customized for the Kawarthas Northumberland region, this interactive course is designed for a range of learners and combines a variety of best practice learning techniques to keep participants motivated and engaged.

Upon successfully completing the course, participants will receive a certificate which they can proudly display.
