Distance Travel Report
The Distance Travel Report is particularly valuable for organizations that are unable to accurately measure visitor counts or distinguish between local attendance and visitor turnout. This report is well suited for establishing visitor counts for open public spaces, festivals and events, downtown areas, trails, parks, and business districts where traditional visitor tracking methods may be limited.
The Distance Travel Report uses geofence technology and mobile location data to provide a clear overview of visitor volume and travel patterns. Our custom reporting allows you to select a timeframe that aligns with your goals (annual, quarterly, or seasonal) over a specific period of interest.
Visitation counts are based on mobile daytrip location data collected from individuals aged 15+ who have location services enabled on their mobile device. All qualifying devices detected within the defined geofence area and timeframe are included in your visitor count dataset, and the information is then processed through a weighted statistical model to produce a more accurate estimate of the number of people who visited your geofence area.

Visitor Profiling Report
The Visitor Profiling Report provides daytrip insight into who your visitors are to help you better understand your visitors from a psychographic perspective. This report is well suited for establishing visitor profiles of your high-value visitors. The Visitor Profiling Report uses a combination of psychographic modeling using demographic, lifestyle, media, and travel behaviour data to build a clearer profile of the visitors coming to your region and interacting with your business.
The Visitor Profiling Report uses geofence technology and mobile location data combined with Environics PRIZM Segmentation, to categorize your visitors into one of 67 lifestyle segments based on shared values, attitudes, interests, life stage, and consumer behaviour.
Visitation profiles and metrics are based on mobile daytrip location data collected from individuals aged 15+ who have location services enabled. All qualifying devices detected within the defined geofence area and timeframe are included in your Visitor Profiling dataset.

It provides key metrics such as overnight visits, trip frequency, length of stay, and top origin cities or states, giving municipalities a clearer picture of who their overnight visitors are and where they are coming from.
